These dedicated professionals support students through rehearsals, performances and travel abroad, ensuring each participant has a meaningful and unforgettable experience.

Justin Rosser

Justin Rosser has spent over two decades transforming rehearsal halls into spaces where young musicians discover their voices and confidence. As director of choral activities at Broken Arrow HS(OK), he inspires students to pursue excellence, embrace creativity and grow as both performers and individuals. From his early roles at Sapulpa MS(OK) and Ernest Childers MS(OK) to Broken Arrow HS, Justin has built programs that balance rigorous musical training with expressive performance opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Music Education from Oklahoma City University and his Master of Music Education from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. His students have performed at Carnegie Hall, appeared on Kristin Chenoweth’s album Coming Home and shared the stage with Patti LuPone and Sandi Patty. Under his leadership, his choirs have earned grand champion titles and sweepstakes honors. Justin was recognized with the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Exemplary Teacher Award (2023–2024). Beyond teaching, he enjoys family, friends and caring for his pets.
